What We Do?

C-Futures was founded by Prof. Iain Crosley to provide a trusted resource to help manufacturing companies with the application of digital technologies and improving their environmental credentials.

It is vital to avoid the jargon surrounding this area be it described as Industry 4.0, IIoT, Data Driven Manufacturing or Digital Transformation.

Every companies requirements are specific to the challenges they face, so it is important that the approach focuses on these, and breaks them into a simplified approach known as the 5 Ps.

  • People
  • Plant
  • Process
  • Products
  • Profit

By adopting this approach it is possible to map out the most applicable technologies.  Involving the whole company and sharing knowledge and experience  creates an innovative and collaborative environment. This will ensure that the company drives bottom line performance, product quality, on time deliveries, improved productivity, and a better working environment for employees.

This will ensure the company becomes sustainable from both  employee retention, recruitment and environmental aspects, which are crucial to survival in the future.

To achieve this vision it is important to have a trusted partner, who can facilitate on the business improvement, technology integration, and cultural change aspects, whilst being agnostic to the technology providers. This is the  raison d'être of C-Futures
